The Chapman Group’s Account/Customer Management and VOC Assessment

Thank you for your interest in The Chapman Group’s (TCG) Strategic Customer/Account Management and/or Voice of the Customer (VOC) Assessment. TCG has found that our clients get the most value from this type of exercise when we can do it as a dialogue and discussion. Each assessment has around 25 questions and takes about 20 minutes to complete. After the assessment is submitted, you will get an overall summary of your results, and TCG will review the results with you to highlight strengths, gaps, and recommendations to achieve greater success.
