The Chapman Group’s Account/Customer Management and VOC Assessment
Thank you for your interest in The Chapman Group’s (TCG) Strategic Customer/Account Management and/or Voice of the Customer (VoC) Assessment. TCG has found that our clients get the most value from this type of exercise when we can do it as a dialogue and discussion. Each assessment has around 25 questions and takes about 20 minutes to complete. After the assessment is submitted TCG will review the results and provide you with a summary that highlights strengths, gaps, and recommendations to achieve greater success.
