The Chapman Group’s SAM and VOC Assessment
Thank you for your interest in The Chapman Group’s (TCG) Strategic Account Management (SAM) and/or Voice of the Customer (VoC) Assessment. TCG has found that our clients get the most value from this type of exercise when we can do it as a dialogue and discussion. Each assessment has around 25 weighted questions and takes less than an hour to do. After the assessment is completed TCG will review the results and provide you with a report that highlights strengths, gaps, and recommendations to achieve greater success.
